Brahma wiring question

I got this from the Adire site:

http://www.adireaudio.com/

"Brahma is designed for extreme SQ/SPL situations. It features dual 2 Ohm voice coils (1/2/4 ohm wiring options),"

Being 2ohm DVC How would I be able to wire a Brahma to 2 ohm?

I been considering this sub but I have a 1000W RMS 2ohm stable mono amp. (MRD-M1000).

Thanks in advance.

you can only run it 2ohm stereo on an amp if the amp is two ohm stable in stereo other wise you will have to run it 1ohm or 4ohm mono on an amp...

you won't get that sub for awhile. i think they're being built as we speak. anyhow, you can wire it to 1 or 4 ohms. i wired my brahma into a series, bridged to my amp. i don't know how you can have it at 2 ohms, unless you just use one voice coil, which i don't recommend.

is your amp 1 ohm stable?

apparently its old news but seems as though other brands will be using a form of xbl2 in the near future.

U could run a seperate mono amp @ 2 ohms to each voice coil if its dual 2 ohm sub. But that's just a waste of money. Class D Mono amps are 1 ohm stable...IMO that would b the best thing to do.
