Complete waste of money to take the pills. A tbsp. of FSO contains +14grams of EFAs whereas the pills are only 500mg PER. So in order to get the same amount of EFAs in 1 tbsp of FSO, you would need to take 28 PILLS.

i just got off creatine in mid february... did 5g per day of cell tech. i drank alot of water. i only did it because ive been lifting seriously for 4 years and i felt i deserved a lil boost. i had NO side effects except urinating more often due to more water being consumed. i know many people who use creatine with no side effects although long term who knows. i only did it for 6 weeks so i dont feel to bad about it. i figure if creatine is the worst drug i put in my system im doing ok.
