I think the N2 has a gyroscope that does not allow for DVD play while driving.

vervaak what exactly did you hear about the N2

You can leave the speed sense wire disconnected and the N2 will work while driving

+1, unless you work at best buy like my roommate who gets the N2 for $987 then get more for your money with eclipse.

It's not $987, it's more like $1093.06. I heard there's some kind of service code to bypass the security feature, but of course no one wants to share.

With the N1, all that you have to do is ground the wire which is supposed to be grounded to the e-brake to any other position...

I don't know if you want this for the DVD feature while driving, but the new Eclipse models can't be bypassed.

So does eclipse have a dvd/ navigation screen that is better than the n2? I am in the market for a screen and I need some thoughts and feedback on what to get.
