Converting a non-nav 2003 Max to a nav car?

OK, I realize that this is probably not worth it, but I'd thought I'd ask anyway. My friend has a 2003 SE with all the options, except nav. A friend of his totaled his 2003 Max that had the nav system. He bought the car back from the insurance company and is parting it out. The guy with the nav system can get whatever parts he needs from the totaled car for basically nothing. I know that he would obviously need the nav unit, the gps antenna, and the HU from the other car along with parts from the centre console. Is there anything else he would need? Where is the GPS antenna located. Is this even worth it even though he is getting the parts for almost nothing?
