Looking for a filter

I need to filter the voltage source going to my wide band O2 controller in order to control noise and voltage spikes during datalogging. I don't know much about car audio systems, but don't they use something like this? Any recommendations?

Exactly. Maybe it isn't a filter, per se, but don't high end audio systems have something that accomplishes this?

i know that in pro and stage audio setups we use something called a power conditioner, which looks like a beefed up surge protector. it regulates the power and minimizes voltage spikes

there must be a 12 volt version of this for car applications.
