A few ?'s about upgrading my system from bose

Ok guys, have some questions, let me know if you can help.

I have recently bought some eclipse component speakers for my max. I plan on buying an eclipse head unit, and later on a pair of eclipse coax's to go in the rear.

As for now, my question is do I need to go ahead and buy an amp to power the fronts or will the be fine for now using power from the HU? I do plan on getting a 4 channel amp when I later get the rears, but I'm ready to go ahead and get rid of the bose. Also, will I have to buy any PAC adapters since I'm ditching bose? And lastly, where are some good places to mount the tweeters, because I'm pretty sure they aren't gonna fit.

Any help will be appreciated.

I can't help with the answer about needing adapters once you get rid of Bose, b/c I had non-Bose, but I can tell you that with the Bose amp successfully bypassed, you should have no problem running the front speakers off the HU.

Also, are the tweeters any larger than other non-OEM ones? Most people just glue them into the A-Pillar where the stock ones were and they usually fit. I actually did something a bit more solid, but probably more of a PITA than just using glue. If you'd care to know, I can explain and post some pics.
