Hey guys well iam currently installing a Viper 791 vx alarm in my 2002 maxima my freind and I are almost done the car starts /locks/unlocks shows conformation back to the pager but we have 2 small problems trunk works then dosnet now it stopped even wiht a relay and the door pins worked but now dont any ideas will be appreciated thank you..

 

Did you use resistors when u hooked up the wires if not you could have fried the brain. check your wireing to see everything is hooked up properly GL

 

Why would Resistors matter.. not enough power ,I dont think so and if the brain would be fried then car would not start or unlock like it is currently doing...

 

no because there is power running back to the brain of your alarm thats y i asked did u put in any resistors i had to for my brain

 

Ummm resistors??? Are you referring to DIODES? which are only needed for the door triggers for isolation.
