Where should we install brain units for DVD players and Sat radio units. I got 2 of them and Im wondering should I mount them im place or what?

Any suggestions for this setup? I was thinking under the seat but u cant mount them there.

There are actual screw holes in the mounts, but do shops actually mount them?

You could route them to the trunk... but that's a ways. Usually under the seat is the best spot, but you're saying you can't there.

How big are the units?

 

i have my Sat radio brains mounted under my seat, it should work fine, how big is urs?

 

They are small amps for the deck and one is the sirius brain unit. I guess Im going to have to mount them under the seat. You guys usually take the seat out and buy audio board?

just take out the passenger seat and go to town.

 

You can screw to metal, or tack it to the carpet, theres no need for particle board. I usually do sat radio brains under the dash if theres room. If not, under the seat, and DVD brains almost always under the seat.
