new stuff on the way

Ok guys, I haven't had a stereo system for about 10 years now, so I thought it was time to upgrade. I have bought Kenwood 6-1/2's for the doors and 2 12'' Eclipse subs, pushed by a 2 and 4 channel Diamond Audio amp. Haven't decided on the Head Unit yet, just looking to have a clear and nice sounding system. I listen to mainly rock music so I hope this will do the trick.

others may flame me but use your factory unit, else you have to go through the pain in the *** of fixing the damn controls for temp/mpg/etc etc and you also lose your 6 disc changer.

pain in the a$$???? whats so hard about grounding a wire?? Its more work to add amps to a stock HU then to ground a wire. Furthermore an aftermarket HU will benefit 110% over keeping stock
