If you support the org, you can search some audio threads and see that Directed electronics is #1. No matter what. Viper 791XV, Clifford Matrix RS3.5, Python 881XP, all the same alarm made by Directed. We sell the 881XP at circuit for 499 installed, Don sells it for 449 installed, but you will be looking at around that price range if you want the best.

Yup, DEI hands down. Unless your picky about appearance, they make the most dependable, reliable security on the market.

I like clifford. I have a concept 200 that I never installed but I want one with the pager. I was looking at the RSX 3.5

I have the DEI Pager, but the controllers suck up battery life in two weeks. I suggest getting clifford or another alarm.

that's the Normal price out of Mobile FX. And I only suggested it the alarm/remote start. Plus I got the 5204, not the cheapy 791xv

1.) I don't let BB touch my truck. In fact, the only places I let touch my truck are Nissan Dealer, Mobile FX, and Terry at Import Performance

2.) I got mine installed for UNDER $500

1)Find an alarm better than the "cheapy 791xv"...seriously id love to see one thats more reliable, durable, more features, etc. Just yesterday I put a top of the line Code Alarm in a 6th gen. Wouldnt respond to programming at all, for double pulse unlock or tach programming. That **** never happens with DEI.
2) I wasnt saying BB does good installs because I wouldnt trust them either, but I was comparing pricing. If this MobileFX place charges 500 isntalled for anything besides a top of the line DEI theyre plain ripping people off. If the market is there and dumb@sses will pay then thats fine, I was just comparing pricing.

Im not trying to be argumentative, I usually don't like online arguments because they get nowhere, but I do this everyday and have strong feelings on the subject. DEI > all

Ehh I'm not going to bother with an argument on this one. (I'm having to much fun over in the JL thread) I like my 5204 AstroStart. I haven't had any problems with it. And Mobile FX has other setups as well. But I've worked with this one before and liked it.

And at least we can agree on BB.

Liking what you have is perfectly fine. Im sure it works great for you. BUT the topic was what is the best, thats all. Simply put...its DEI. Hence the reason theyve been the World leader for Many years, and will be for years to come.
