Is there anyway that i can install the microvision 7" screen and get the software and brain that runs the 2004 maximas navigation and make it work in my 4th gen along with a HU that runs dvds, vcds and all that???

Not without a masters in electrical engineering if you know what im sayin. Best bet is to go with Pioneer in your case Id say, like a DVH-P5000MP and a separate AVIC-88DVD which should have composite output, which video goes to the screen and audio to the deck through IP-BUS.
