ive got a 2000 gxe. it does not have steering wheel radio controls, but where they would be, there is a pop-out panel (left side of the wheel) is it possible to add steering wheel controls? this is obviously a dealer/part-out/junkyard part. the head unit im getting has connectivity, so i'm just checking.

are those wires already prerun to behind the dash where the head unit would be?
