All of a sudden..RADIO doesnt work

My dad and I went out for a drive in his car, and for some reason, the radio doesnt work. Its a Sony aftermarket CD player. There is NO power going to the radio. Usually the time is displayed on the headunit once the key is turned on. But today..Nothing
This just happend today. no signs of it coming. Battery is fine (i think). All other accessories work (headlights, dash lights, power windows)
What do I do?? whats the first thing to check?? This is on my dads 95 GXE.

if your fuses are fine, disconnect the battery from the car, and plug it back in. that usually solved the problem on my eclipse cd8454
