Backup Camera

whats a good backup camera for the 6th gen. i dont want to spend too much money but i want one that will go throguh car washes and have no problem...

look here on e-bay.. they also have water proof ones...

some of the guys got them from e-bay and had no problems so far that I know of..

It's here:

Someone else had mounted on in the back window (forget who) he said he wanted a better view angle but it got most of his trunk in the shot, mine gets a nice wide angle (although low) it's good.

jsmith how much can you backup before you hit the car behind you? is it hard to install a camera and is it waterproof ?

Does the camera activate automatically when in reverse like the OEM Nissan ones? also would it be possible to hook two up, thought it would be kind of neat to have a camera in the front so i could record Auto-X action

yea I think SMITH has it set up like that.. reverse activation... two can be hooked up, but you might have to throw an a/b switch in there to toggle between the two..

Don't you want a camera pointing down (or up) to have a relative view of the bumper compared to where you're at?
