So should I wait to ask you if my HU shipped out today, or wait till you're not feeling so "good"?

Before you go any further, before you do anything else, disconnect your trunk release from behind the door panel. Regardless of what system you have, a nice H/U will attract attention, regardless.

And if you haven't heard an Eclipse yet, come sit in my car. I know you live in my area.

ok i called my dealer just to see how much they were selling it for, they said 190 plus tax... i dont know not bad.

now i was originally going to get this.

http://www.eclipse-web.com/cd/cd5415.html

i think they wanted about 210 or something for this one.

i know they have the one year theft, and esn. But i guess ppl are starting to know more about eclipse, and someone sees a eclipse hu in my car, there going to be like.... hhhm he couldve bought some cheap regular jvc hu but he got an eclipse, so he must have a nice and expenisve system. pops the trunk and thats that. thats the only thing holding me back from the eclipse is the no detachable face.

The thing is i started college now, and parking is not available on campus for me right now... and im afraid right now just leaving my car on the streets....

I haven't even seen this thread and it's already 2 pages. I'm not going to even bother with this one. Because we all know you're going to change your mind about 30 times before you even begin thinking about spending the money... 5 times after you spent the money.

(btw, I think he ran out of room to post ***** in the 4th gen forum. So he came back here)

That idea is good in theory, but with the constanly changing models and prices, that posted information would be out of date pretty quickly. Would be a lot of work to continually go back and edit model numbers and prices every few weeks/months.

If you can move up to the 8600 Pioneer you get more than dolphins. You get the whole ocean and can even customize it. That way your looking at maxim girls instead of dolphins like me. I agree with that guy who said make a cover for your eclipse if you want. Or maybe find a way to stick it in a pocket that has a lid that opens and closes.

Some digital dolphins swimming around in a digital ocean should be everyone's priority when adding audio equipment to their cars

Come on Avi. Honestly.

I think Don is trying to say that you need to stop with all the ridiculous questions, get a certain amount of money together, drive to him, and let him get you the best setup possible on that budget. That is, if he will allow himself to work on your car

I'd be surprised if he can come up with enough money.... between the Eclipse turbo and fixing the lack of water leaking from his exhaust.

He had another great one in the 4th gen forum... but that was so long ago (younger than the other 2) I can't remember what it was about (not as memorable as the turbo and water ones)

But I'm pretty sure that he'll never be able to escape those. You should change his signature to qoute those statements.
