problem with dvds in avic n1

problem with dvds in avic n1

hey i made a music video dvd that will play on the n1 no problem but i just recently made one that will play in my home dvd player but not the n1 i get a reading error i also had the same problem with a cd-rw anyone know what the problem could be?

I had to read that run-on of 'english' twice before I even got a clue about what you were asking.


And your answer, its the way you are burning your dvd's. The firmware that is in a mobile DVD player is very different than that of a home DVD player. The decoders in the mobile units aren't as sophisticated/extensive. Usually if it plays in your N1, it will play in your home unit, but not necessarily vice versa.

thank you for your help. any suggestions as to how i can burn it so that it will work on the n1. anyone have any success burning music videos to dvd and played on the n1. the wierd thing is i burned one before that works and i did the same exact thing the second time and it doesnt work.

I don't have much knowledge about the way to burn things. If you got it to work once, I'm sure you can get it to work again.

you have to check the resolution of your videos, codecs your using and bitrate.....
