Alright, I am so close to purchasing the kenwood ddx-7017. It is under 900 on ebay so I think I am gonan get it and then buy the navi when I get more money. Anyways, what are your personal experiences with this unit? Say when you have your Ipod connected thru the ipod adapter, can you have visuals playing on the screen(things such as those visuals on windows media player?) Also what size camera will fit in the trunk keyhole? 2.8mm? And what is a good camera to get. I think I am going to get tints also, so the camera will help when I am backing up. I know everyone is gonna say get the eclpise but I don't have all of that kind of money right now and I would rather piece together the kenwood. The main concern I have with the Kenwood is if it has some visuals while playing with the Ipod connected and a CD inserted. Also what dash trim should I get so it looks stock. thanks

 

I would not drop that much cash on a HU that does not come with a warranty. I would much rather go the authorized route for that.

 

I agree, especially with a Kenwood, your gonna need it. Why not just get the Pioneer if your trying to save some money?

 

I agree with Don....avoid Kenwood! (just my opinion)

 

hey don, whats your take on diamond audio? are the d6 comps and d3 6.5 speakers better than the infiniti speakers?
