how to put poly fil in a sub box

so i made my sub box for 2 12 inch kickers...it sounds awesome! now i need to fill it with polyfil. how should this be done? i know its supposed to stay away from the sub itself so it doesnt get stuck in the driver. basically how much should be put in and how should this be done?
thanks!

just pack the material in. if you want, you can try to glue it to the interior panels. general rule is a pound to a pound and half per cu ft.

but i'd give the sub a listen, add/remove polyfill to your liking

The question I have is Why are you using Polyfill? Is your enclosure to small? Or are you "just doing it"?
