I want to install an MP3 headunit, but I want to leave the stock headunit due to the sleek and clean design. I want to know if anyone can recommend a MP3 headunit that does not involve installing into the present stock headunit. For example, a MP3 headunit that you could place in the trunk and control from the cabin. I'm considering getting an Ipod, but i hear the audio quality is okay.
