batt (+) and remote wire in trunk?

batt (+) and remote wire in trunk?

I would like to try an amplified sub that i have at home since forever but i dont want to run the wires tru the whole car...

Is there a remote and battery wire in the trunk i could use?

My car is a 2002 Maxima without Bose

1. Remote wire is a turn-on activated by your aftermarket HU. Do you have one?

2. There is NO wire ANYWHERE in the car that will provide enough current for an amp.

Just run the wires, people have done harder things while sleeping.

Both are no-win situations. Either way, you have to run a wire from the front to the back.

If its nothing crazy 8 gauge should be very easy to run. You'll thank yourself later. BTW: I have a streetwires 8 Gauge kit FS$20 shipped.

Depends on the amp if 8gauge is enough, however its highly doubtful that for the 10-15 feet its being run, its enough at all.
