Diamond all day long > Alpine. Authorized though so you have warranty.

Which model Eclipses?

The amp depends on which/how many subs you get, and your price range. Inevitably, people on here are going to recommend the likes of Arc and Diamond.

Holy god, what you need to do is find people who have this stuff, listen to it, and see what you like the best. You are throwing out too many questions with too many variables, at least if you can hear everything you can narrow it down quite a bit.

Diamond without a comparison, but ebays not to place to get it man, your spending all that money with no manufacture warranty, might aswell spend a little more and get it done right

Max just send pearl96max a pm about how much you want to spend, and he'll put a package together for you that will knock you're socks off. END of discussion

Diamond D9 subs are really nice, no comparison, but for the money, I bet you'd be pretty happy with the Type R [though the type X would be a closer match]. I was debating getting the D9 15" or a Type R 15", not that they were all that close in capabilities, but at nearly half the price, the Type R is a very good sounding sub. It will leave you a little more money to do other things with also.
