Hey guys!

Just wanted to ask a newb question about mounting rings. Is there a big difference in sound between using MDF rings or the stock bose plastic speaker rings?

Steve

I personally prefer MDF rings. They are easier to work with, but you know that already. After all that deadener we put in the doors, I don't think there will be any difference soundwise.

Yep. You can't go far w/o hearin the boom pouring out your car. Almost everyone I know has a system. I love it. Going to do something special this weekend too, but I can't give you details till I know whats going on exactly. Pics will follow though. I might even make the drive to hear the insanity that will ensue after your project is complete.

Dammit, NJ = teh Maxima boringness.

My car is still fully under wraps until the interior is 100% complete. After all of the audio stuff is installed, I have a second even BRIGHTER cluster mod I am working on...so I should fully be done all my interior work by effing X-mas.
