LED No show

My 95 Maxima came with the spoiler, and the spoiler had LED's on them but they don't work. I think I counted 38 or 48 something like that. They haven't worked for 10 years now. I see every other Maxima with them and that cool high mounted brake light in the back seat but I don't have neither, Can someone help me?

Well then. Why not check the wires in the trunk to make sure they are connected...???

Could you explain that. I don't know where to check for that. Do I have to take the spoiler too? Or what I'm not good with car wiring.

Sorry for not posting until now

To get those screws out the easiest way I would think is to just remove the whole spoiler. And then just use a regualr screwdriver to remove them.

Becuase I think it would be a hassle to use a small screw driver which could damage your paint if your not careful.

I am not sure what type of screw driver youll need. I am assuming its a regualr philps head. But yeah you can get that at walmart

Can you take the spoiler off and put it back on? Without professional tools? Because all I'm workin with is a screwdriver, pliers, and the always necessary duct tape

u need a set of sockets i think 10 mil and you open up the trunk and there should be 4 bolts 2 on each side left and right. And you just un bolt them. Untill the spoiler comes off makre sure you put the gasket back on other wise water will leak into your car :X

The bolts on the spoiler are rusted nasty style and I broke a piece of one of those snap on plastic things off. Where do I go from here? I don't give up that easily though.

i made a custom 3rd brake light for my car, 19 leds are put on pcboard, soldered in, and mounted in the housing, cant tell its not stock until u see them leds. U can do the same thing with your situation if u so felt like it, it will be smaller cause its in ur spoiler, but its the same idea

That's in the part that I have to unscrew? If so I can't get to the spoiler because the bolts are rusted. How do I get them off?
