since capacitance adds in parallel and in series calculates to 1/Cequiv, (reverse of resistors) you can do a number of configurations with the 4.7 and 10 capacitors to come up with 6. Here are a few:
1) (five 10 microfarad caps in series) hooked in parallel 3 times yields an equivalent capacitance of (2) x 3 = 6 microfarads.
2) (one 10 microfarad cap in series with one 4.7 microfarad cap) in parallel with (one 10 microfarad cap in series with one 4.7 microfarad cap) equates to (3.2) x 2 = 6.4 microfarads.
see if you can come up with a config that requires the least amount of capacitors. Keep in mind that you want to keep the value as close as possible since a different value may filter out a different frequency.
