Does anyone have these there? I want to put them there but won't it interfere with moving the seat fwd and aft?

 

Depends on the amp, I have seen very large amps fit under the seats of 5th gens. There is a ton of room under there. Which amp is it your reffering to?

 

Unless you have heated seats like mine....there is absolutely no room at all to fit anything under there.

It depends on the size of your amp. MannyNJ2k2max from the Org was able to insall an Arc 4150-XXK which has the following dimensions, 16.5" x 8" x 2.35". You can see a pic of it here:
