Where to put amp?

I've got a 4 channel amp and a 12 inch sub in a sealed box I'm going to be installing in my 96 Maxima. For all you 4th gen owners, where have you put your amp and whats the best way to fasten it down? Thanks

Mount to the back of the backseat, under driver/passenger seat, onto the subwoofer box itself. Just use regular screws...

where ever you mount it, just make sure there's decent airspace around the amp for proper cooling.

dont mount it to too many electronics..like to close to a ps2 or smething if you have it...you dont want wining in your AUX inputs...just for you to know incase you have any aux inputs..or seperate dvd player of some sort...just throwing some stuff out there..speaker whining is killer.
