Remote Switch Panel?

Looking for a universal auto remote for wiring up some lights on my car, but I want a quality remote that actually shows when the lights have power to them and when they don't. Is this possible/ actually out there? I can't find anything under universal remote for cars and I found something called a remote switch panel which kinda sounds like something that would work... Maybe I have to just use a modified remote start or car alarm remote stuff? I'm gonna try searching for a remote wiring harness too. Thanks for any help!!

What exactly are you trying to do again? Control lights from your factory remote? Or you already have an aftermarket keyless entry that you want to add lights to? Ive only seen one set of lights that actually came with a remote for them, but it didnt tell you when they were on or off, and they were fog lights.

I do have a remote wire harness now, but the remote is not trustworthy and does not show if the lights are on. I want a remote that will show when power is running to whatever it turns on or off.
