I traded my friend my Viper 791 for his Kenwood amp and RF sub.

AMP:

Kenwood Exceleron KAC 401M (I think that's the model info, not sure)

SUB:

10" Rockfords HX2

I'm gonna have to go home to get the info off of the items but for now, I was wondering if you have any suggestions regarding the type of box and wires to use for my '04 Max (w/BOSE). I'm getting this done by DON and eventually, I'll have al the info for him.. until then I just wanted to post a thread on this matter.

I'm going with ported box, where is the best place to get them?

why not have him build you one?

i'm sure his work would be much better than any prefab boxes out there.

That is a very nice amp, it's the last series made by kenwood that I would actually buy. That coupled with the HX2 will make for a great low hitting combo. I loved my 10" HX2 now I'm working on my custom setup with two 8" HX2's in the rear deck.
