Changing the Tweeters in a 95 Max

I have a Bose system and I wanted to know if it is possible to change the tweeters w/o all of the typical problems with the replacing Bose parts. I was on the 5th gen forum and I saw something about it. It seemed simple but I don't know if it works for the 4th gen's as well.

do u want to replace with new/newer bose tweeters or aftermarket ones? if you can get bose tweeters, you should be fine...aftermarket ones are going to be difficult. i know the aftermarket tweeters i got were way too thick to fit up into the stock location in the a-pillar...i mounted mine coax, and i know some people drill into their door panel and mount them like that...
