Just purchased my mobile dvd player to go with my 7" flip-out in-dash LCD screen. I know that I want to play the audio portion of the movies through a FM signal. Now, my question is, i've searched for FM transmitters online and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I just want a box that hooks into the audio output on the player that will transmit the sound through a preset FM station on my CD player. Am I using the correct terminology (FM Transmitter) or is it called something else?

Also, I'm going to be using a 7" flip-down where the dome light is and I'm pretty sure the player only has one set of RCA outputs. Do they make a "splitter"? Thanks for any help!

Yes, thatll work, although it is wireless. Youd be better off getting a wired one, your signal will be clearer.
