Accidentally slipped when installing one of my Arc Audio ACS mids, damaged the cone...sent it out last Friday, it'll be back in my hands, good as new, FREE, next week.

Something to consider when getting your equipment, fellas...

 

That is some great customer service.

 

whoever you bought the Arc from really knows how to treat people right.

 

Didn't get those from Don Got the 4150 and the ACS' from my best bud when he had to go to Iraq

Hence why I work at CC...I can break **** and they pay for it, which is quite a nice feature lol

 

Nice to hear...although my customer service experience with them bought my loyalty long times ago, when I had an accident with my 1st cxl4150...
