O/T why it pays to purchase from reputibale companies...

Accidentally slipped when installing one of my Arc Audio ACS mids, damaged the cone...sent it out last Friday, it'll be back in my hands, good as new, FREE, next week.

Something to consider when getting your equipment, fellas...

Nice to hear...although my customer service experience with them bought my loyalty long times ago, when I had an accident with my 1st cxl4150...

I was treated 'big dogg' style...
