need advice on pricing

i was offered :

2 15" JL W3
6.5 Boston Acoustic components front and rear
2 Boston Acoustic 900 watt amps 4x100 channel
Pioneer P860MP

for 1500 with install.

Is that a good deal or is the guy messing with me?

yea everything is like 3 year warranty i beleive but do u think i should look else where before buying? and are boston acoustic as good as people say they are

Are these the JL w3 v1 or v2?

Man I didn't know Boston was making amps till now.
