? Euroband

I need to buy a radio that will work with European bands as I will be buying it here and giving it as a present in Israel. What models here have the ability to be switched between US and Euro bands?

I know there are some out there. I'm pretty sure that the Bel RX65 has the Ku band.

I have an eclipse cd5444 that is from the US. I live in europe and it works. I had to press some buttons to switch it to that band.

I believe a lot of pioneer units also have this.

Wouldn't it be better to buy online from say the UK or something?

The headunits here all have RDS in them which is great (i wish my eclipse had it).

EDIT: Go to www.crutchfield.com and browse the head units they have there. On each one that you click, go into the "FEATURES" tab & look at the details of the "TUNER". There is one heading there "EUROPEAN TUNING" if it has a "YES" in there, then it'll work. Once it has European it'll work in Israel too.
