Question about Microvision screen.

Hello All.

I have a question regarding Microvision screen & what can be connected to it.

I have an Eclipse headunit installed in my car with an ArcAudio amp & would like to get a microvision screen + a dvd player that i could put in my glove compartment or whatever.

My question.
Is there a way to hook this up to the eclipse unit also for some display purposes?

How will I get sound from playing DVD's?

What other things can be hooked up to the screen?

Thanks,
- Jay

First off, if I may advertise....

I have a Microvisision DVD player that mounts in dash, or at a 90 degree angle so it can fit in your glove box. Sell it to ya for 50. worked great for me...selling because my new head unit has a DVD player built in. click on my sig for the for sale post...should be some pics attached to that.

If your eclipse is anything like the Eclipse 8053 that I was running w/ the DVD player, it has an analog aux in, but it's a 3.5 mm plug so you need one of these to make them RCA ins...

So then you plug the stereo RCA outs from the DVD player into them, into the aux in, and the yellow video RCA out from the DVD player into the microvision screen and your're golden.....

However, I know of no way to make the Microvision display head unit information (such as station, track number, or anything like that)

Thank You for the reply.

Is the DVD player dual zone? I live in Europe & we have a different system here.

Also, if it is dual zone I will take it. I have a brother in the US & you can ship it to him.

Let me know.
