Antenna troubles!

Hey guys, lately my FM reception has been rapidly cutting in and out. At first, I thought the fault was in my head unit, since it already has a few problems of its own ( frequent CD-ERR-of-death, display fades in and out, etc) but a couple of days ago, I traced the problem to the cluster of wires that runs along the left side of my trunk hinge ( if that's the correct word). There's apparently a short in one of those wires, as shaking around that cluster causes my reception to return temporarily. I'm guessing that one of these wires is in some way connected to one of the two antennas. I was just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction as to which wire I should check to identify the bad spot. I couldn't find any info in the stickies, thank you for any help!
