Question about Xtant Sub...Help!

Hey everyone, just got a question. I have a 12" Xtant sub(dont worry already had so im just using it for now)but about 3 days ago i was just driving and it turned off. I noticed when I pushed on the cone when it should be bumpin it would start and then i move my hand off it would stop. So i uncrewed it out of the box turned it up but low and wigled the wires between the cone and where you connect to it. and it would play fine if the wire is in a certain postion. Any ideas what i could do? Maybe resolder the connectionson each end of the wire. i think its only one fo the wires.

yup. if it is inside of the cone youll have to remove the dustcap. at that point id send it to the guys at USD Audio or RE Audio and let a pro do it *If you value the speaker* if it is an external problem then solder it up yo.
