Underdrive pulley + high current system = good or bad

Hey, has anyone install a underdrive pulley on their car with a high current system
I understand the pulley will slow down your accessories, will I have any problems charging the battery and running the system and will my lights blink
I current have a jvc radio, indash screen, ps2, 4 channel amp on the highs, 1400 watt amp on 2 punch 12's and a 1f lighting cap
