repost x10000 i know... Sub + stock bose?

Alright Ive got my Fosgate 12" Punch 1 in the box i finished building last night. I'm looking at http://www.cardomain.com/item/ROCP2002
as my amp, Will probably order sometime this week. All I need to know, is how to hook it up to the stock bose system. I dont plan on replacing that any time soon, so an aftermarket deck is out of the question. I remember hearing that you can tap the speaker wires before the amps and it can be used as a signal... Would doing that and adding an inline low-pass filter get the job done?

I'm trying to do this without having to buy 150 dollars worth of peripherals just to get a signal, so any tips are appreciated!

Splice the wires that go into the rear speakers, not the ones going into the amp, that signal is already a filtered signal, but its easiest to wire up.
