Tried something different with my max system

I got a free clarion headunit, and installed it yesterday in the max so I could remove the DEHP860mp. In the front I have pioneers and diamond tweets and nothing in the rear. I used the front channels off the headunit straight to the pioneers with no xover, and I wired the tweeters off a comp xover off the rear channels of the head unit and it seems to work pretty well. Obviously nothing like having the arc in there, but it seems like this wouldn't be a bad option for a budget bi-amped system. I just need to put some bass blockers on the pioneers and I think it will sound pretty decent lol.

So, thats how I spent part of my Sunday.

I was also thinking about doing some stuff to the car this weekend, then decided not to. I spent my Sunday with my kids boogie boarding down some hills full of snow in the local mountains .

Welp, let the Alti modding begin . Place racing CAI is here (might wait a month or two before install just so I can get used to the current power, and determine if the CAI makes a difference or not). H11(3000k) HIDs on the way for the fogs, 1157 WHITE bulbs on the way for the front turn/parking lights (that yellow is nice, but I'd rather streamline all the colors)

NO sadly i dont but this is how it goes

headunit - FR channel to the right side pioneer coaxial, FL to the left side pioneer coaxial. RR to the component crossovers input, with the tweeter hooked up to the tweeter output. RL to the component crossover input on the left side with the tweeter hooked up to the tweeter output...

DOes that make sense to you?

Or were you just PW'sing to get to 15

Did you also sound deaden your max? I have a 97 Rosewood SE 5spd as well, and wonder if you tried that. In my 95 max I had a 12'' JL Audio sub, and it rattled the f... out my trunk. Inside it was very good sound, but outside was like **** The sound was horrible. Now in my 97, when I put the bass up (without the sub) it sounds bad. There's rattles all over the place. I was wondering what spots were key spots to sound deaden, so that it eliminates most of the rattle. Also, are 95 and 97 BOSE speakers the same? Mostly rear deck? I have my amp wired to my rear speakers in my 95, and want to swap the speakers so I can have the sub in my 97.

Thanks

My front doors are slightly deadened. The trunk lid is a major spot that needs to be looked at, and the rear bumper behind the license plate. I never had a major problem with rattling as I never went all out on bass. Just simple single 10. THe only deadening I did was on the front door, actually Don did that for me.

Its um dz3445? i think something like that.
