Ive read of problems with the dual motorized faceplates iirc. slickrick had it (5th gen) before his flip out, decided to sell it before it gave him any problems.

There is a slight problem however there is a fix for it with a new ribbon. It's a kit that you can purchase on ebay to fix this.

if you have any where that i can host pics i can upload them to another site and show them to you. I used the unit for like 5 months. Was nice, i preffered the Alpine 9835 over it.
