Alarm suggestions

If I were to prevent something like this from happening again, what would I need and how much would it cost to get installed?

Our cars need an immobilizer bypass which costs around $50 I believe. If bought authorized and installed by an authorized dealer, there is a lifetime warranty. You can get them on ebay and run the risk of it being legit, but then you lose out on the warranty. Don does it for a little less than CC I believe but he is in derty Jersey.

My uncle owns a shop and that is where I got my N1 and D1. I'll see what he has. I'd like a remote that has the display on it.

Thanks.

Care to back that up with some facts? A bit better range makes a product better than another??

couldn't you turn off code hopping to get better range on a 791 or 3.5rs?
