Amp fuse blowing repeadedly

Alrighty. My RF2002 uses a 30A fuse on the amp. A few days ago, in normal driving, it just blew. I checked EVERY wire in the car related to it, + wire from the battery is in perfect condition, fuse at the battery isnt blown. Negative wire from amp to bolt in the trunk is in perfect condition. However, today, when I replaced the fuse, It blew again on powerup. Is this an internal issue with the amplifier? What should I do?

Thanks for any and all input

nobody? After a couple looks I Think it blew because the speaker wire at the terminals got pulled out and touched, but that is fixed and doesnt explain te repeated blowing...

Don't wait too long. I'd hate to see a very short (7day or less) return policy on open box items.

Well they SHOULD give you a 90 day warranty on open box stuff, but if they don't go in there and be angry get them to work it out with you somehow. You SHOULD be able to send it to RF to get it repaired too.

you can't always send broken products back to companies, even if you're willing to pay, good luck with that, i talked to Eclipse tech support to see if they'd fix my sub, but they said without waruntee they were not willing, ::sigh::

Well his product is less than a month old, they SHOULD honor the warranty. However who knows with RF....

Give'm a call (800) 669-9899. Keep your receipt from BBY though. If you've got that, the only thing you really need to pay for is the shipping to AZ.
