How do i make music videos playable on car dvd player?

Ive found a couple programs that convert avi to dvd and stuff, but in the end the dvd wont play in my head unit, it just says disc error..i know the disc type is compatible because ive burned movies on the same exact disc type and it works great...

anyone done this before? if so, what program do you use and what process do you go through and such?

i have a dvd burner thats dual layer and its + and - compatible, but it doesnt realy matter just thought id say that..

any help or input would be appreciated...thanks a lot guys!

What type of DVD player? If burned DVDs worked on it before then their must be an error in the conversion from AVI to DVD.

may be a bit of work ,but try this, convert your avi to mpeg using WinAVI converter, then use Ulead DVD Movie Factory to compile your own DVD with title menu and everything if you want. then burn with ulead DVD movie factory, or have it spit out an iso where you can burn it with DVD decrypter.

edit: forgot to mention, if you are "purchasing" the WinAVI converter, do not, I repeat , DO NOT get the 7.xx version, but get the 6.xx version instead. They are much more stable. Believe me, I have both version, and the one version kept on spitting out garbage.

Download any video converter. You can copy and paste URLs from you tube and convert them to MPEG-I files and then burn them to a disc. I use sothink movie dvd maker but any burner will do fine.
