ok, my sister gave me this portable DVD player... the one that fgolds in half....the screen got ripped off, and the wire that goes from the monitor to the bottom part broke.....it is the thin band kind.....i cannot get it reconnected... is tehre a way that i can make this work???? i was thinking about puting the screen on my dash, and the DVD player in the glove box.....anyone??

 

Does your DVD player have a video out port? If it does, then you know the answer, if not, I hope you are good with soldering, and just use thin gauge wire to reconnect, not on the molex, but on the circuit board itself.
