Harman Kardon drive + play

I saw this unit at Circuit City the other day. It looked kinda neat. Has anyone had first-hand experience with this system? I still want to hook up my iPod to my system. I would probably go with the wired-FM adapter. It's also got an AUX input so if I ever wanted to add satellite radio, I could use the same FM modulator.

$200 dollar Ipod dock that can be made with a $40 OEM Apple Dock and about $15 worth of cabling and adapters.

No thanks.

Besides that, it does absolutely nothing for you. The first one we installed at my CC was uninstalled and returned 3 days later because it really does nothing special at all that you can't do for 1/4 the price.

I used these:
http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...entPage=search

They come in yellow, red, white. They're used to make conduit boxes for whatever purpose. I took them off the white panel they come on and just drilled holes in the dash panel.
So yea, you can get just red and white. But you have to drill holes behind the panel to get them into the dash.

Yea, it would work well as a diagnostic tool.

I don't think our new decks have AUX input anyway

MOST 1998 to 2006 have one or two AUX input on the back of the radio
but you need to buy the interface that converts the cd changer port or satellite por into aux input
there is two interfaces on the next link

Thank you for your valued input.

One or TWO inputs? One, at most, if that.
