For now.

2 12" Arc Audio Kars
Rainbow SLC265 Comps.

Still unsure of how the Arc's are gonna hit especially with 250watts rms each (i know i know watts arent everything), but coming from 1000watt SPL monster Kicker 15" L7, i hope i dont lose too much low end. cant wait to install.

Sweet, Ray. It's gonna sound great.

I've used both products with very high satisfaction.

In fact, I've still got my rainbows.

...for now

^had that ebay box with the kicker with a Rockford 1000bd amp. As far as the Arcs go, most likely ill go with sealed, from what everyone is telling me, it'll hit tighter.

hm...I assume it had a "high" tune because its an ebay box so if you build a large enough sealed box the low end should own the 15 with ease.

well not tryna break the bank at the moment, it just sucks not having any music in the car right now, all i have to listen to is the exhaust, couple of people recommended the Planet Audios cause there good amps with sometimes underrated power? ah well, i woulda probably gotten it for about $225 i think?

eh, I'd look elsewhere. I have rear fill in my car and thats it...I know the feeling. check with Don or check crutchfield or sounddomain for some good deals. yes, once in awhile a good deal can be found on crutch.

Bridge the amp to the comps. You'll be fine. Don't get the ED nine.x amp.

yea honestly i still love the 15" L7, but sometimes it just seems that it keeps tripping over itself in fast paced music, plus it engulfed my entire trunk.

Theres also that Alpine amp being sold, 500watts @4ohms and 1000@2. That should be good to push it also yes?

Off-topic:

The same day i got this stuff, we took my old system out and put it in my friends car. Lets just say, a pliers, cutting tool, AND a hammer was needed to get it in.

Heres the video

http://video.tinypic.com/player.php?v=x0w5j6

and heres the pic of the outcome.
