Alpine Type R 10" or 12" woofer? Thoughts on Alpine?

Box makes the sub = don't get 5/8's particle board or something small, seal up all the corners and joints etc.

Btw I would just stick with .75 mdf.

Rumor is they're not too durable? Talked to both my friends that do compeition and another two friends that are heavy into car audio they both said the Kappas sound great but they tend to break easier than other subs.

well technically both...but Infinity is not spl.

I used to have a Type R 12', and i loved it. Wasnt ridiculously loud, but def was impressive for only having one 12'. If you prefer more rock than rap, i would go for the 10'.

I listen literally damn near everything. Rock, Country, Classical, Rap,, Classic Rock...60s rock. I listen to a huge variety of music. My favorites are classic rock and country.
