I hardly use the nav, I actually NEVER used the DVD, and mainly, I saw it as $1k that I could have in my pocket instead of in my dash.

get yourself a new supplier

On my car I mounted the radio in the bottom slot. It seemed to pick up better for my swi-x and the volume **** was in a more natural spot. Just a suggestion. Looking nice though.

I already use the best supplier, I couldn't ask for more.

Interesting thought switching the pocket and HU. What are everyone else's thoughts on this?

I ran the 8053 in the lower din but I also have the factory pocket without the door. Not only a little easier to reach, but a little easier on glare too. Ill probably run my next deck (shh nilesh ) in the lower din.

Two very different HU's. Yours has processing. The Nak doesn't.

Having said that, you'd really have to do a controlled A vs B comparison with a really nice system to truely say. Prolly the Nak. if not the Eclipse

Yessir, no BS at all. It serves one purpose. It's a big difference from my previous deck, and I can't wait to hear how sweetly it sings.

Ya, Nakamichi is sessy. The sq is what attracts a lot of people and the simplistic, OEM style is what keeps them. The perfect deck.

I understand that. It was a joke, meaning you went from a $150 deck to a $2000 deck. Quite a step up.
