there is no such thing as a sub moving too much air..... not in my book anyway, and yes, sound deadener helps considerably, you might try moving your box and pointing it in a different direction as well. I have found that mine is best pointed towards the back of the car.

has anyone removed the black panels that sort of wrap around the back seat when the seats are folded down they wrap around the big hole that is open to the trunk, how can i remove all of this without breaking anything, it sounds like a lot of ugly sound is coming from there, the passenger door, and rearview mirror, as well as centerconsole although that might be my coins

Don't know which gen of Max you have, but if you have plastic panels making noise, they're usually easy to remove. consider putting a layer or two of ensolite or some comperable foam in between it and the metal it is prolly rattling against.

Yeah coins will rattle, and your keys will rattle agains teach other.

My door panel vibrations (at high volumes) won't go away without extreme measures Sucks big time.

Right now I'd rather post then finish up grading. Right after school ends I'm working for three weeks straight (every day at a fireworks stand), then I'll have the rest of the summer off to glass dem 15's in the rear deck and do other improvements.

Believe me, nobody wants the trunk redone more than me

And I love post whoring on the org!
