Stock speakers replacement
I blew out the rear speakers on my Non-Bose 98 Maxima, stock sound ssystem. I believe its 100 Watts total power, the one with the CD player. I was wondering if these are good speakers to replace with.. I know I'm supposed to replace the headunit if I want the best sound, but I don't have the cash.. So are these good speakers to get? I'm just looking to get rid of the rattling noise, since I'm not replacing the front speakers I don't really want anything more powerful..

And should I look for RMS power around 25 watts since the system is 100 watts total? Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are good if your using them for "replacement". They will definitely sound better than stock. But, installing them while amped off the stock headunit, they will not sound as good if they were amped with a much better headunit (preferably aftermarket) or even better, a seperate amp. Speakers will only sound good as what they are powered (amped) with.
